The initial scope of work was to restore the look of all the base moulding in the entire house since it was recently purchased and new floors were installed requiring the removal and reinstallation of the existing floor moulding. Once the job was underway, it was decided to revitalize the entire houses wood moulding which included all windows, base floor moulding, doors and special treatment to front and back doors including replacing select pieces with newly finished wood to match the existing decor. Also, there were many blemishes from the age, settling, minor warpage, and use. Included in the concern were pet scratches that were on almost every door and door moulding.
Initial estimates included removing all the moulding and refinishing. Our recommendation was treatment with oils, stains wood filler and grain simulation. The entire house was revitalized in about two weeks.

Thank you! I’m impressed. It looks very good. – Property Management Agent
Repair made to a serious floor burn from an under cabinet heater. First the area is well cleaned. Then an initial coat of pigment is applied and then 23 more very light coats with a brush to simulate the existing grain. Finally a clear top coat is applied in two layers for the final blend.

Francis was very professional! He patched up a hole in one of our walls and it honestly looks as good as new. We would definitely call him again for any painting or handyman work.

Grand Teton Property Management: Custom Kitchen Shelf Insert with Woodgraining on MDF
This was a custom built shelf for an above sink installation that does not hinder or in any way alter the present construction or aesthetic of the cabinets. It is a drop installation hanging from two pieces of thick wire. The side of the drop and the front molding was hand painted to simulate the woodgrain of the cabinets. NOTE: The shelf was temporarily dropped to show the part of the MDF that did not receive the graining treatment.
We also designed the front molding to with spacers for an over-the-sink flourescent bulb installation that plugs into a local electrical outlet. The spacers provide indirect light to shine above the molding and direct light onto the sink and counter area.
